For all gluten-free folks, who still like a really good meatloaf with lots of flavor.
Put ground round in a large mixing bowl and make a large hole in the center. Pour all other ingredients into the hole and then mix really well (usually best done by hand with food prep gloves on).
Place mix in a greased 9 x 13 cooking dish and bake at 350ºF for about 1 1/2 hours or till brown and crispy on top.
Tips: I have used many varieties of flavored chips but all gluten-free and the more creative, the better the flavor. I also add 3 heaping tablespoons of fresh salsa when I’m in the mood.
