A classic recipe that gets a healthy make over! You’ll never believe thy are low fat, gluten free and no sugar is added!
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a medium-sized bowl mix together bananas, eggs, vanilla, milk and applesauce. In another large bowl mix together the dry ingredients (flour through stevia). Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients then add the 1/4 cup water. Add your preferred add-ins at this time as well.
Spray a 12 capacity and 6 capacity muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Pour batter into muffin cups filling to capacity. Recipe makes roughly 16 muffins. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
