Description

This is such a refreshing and effortless recipe that I’m excited to share with you. It is a quick meal with only sauce prep and assembly of assorted veggies of your source. You can even have a make your own poke bowl party!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE SAUCE:
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Toasted Peanut Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Paste
  • FOR THE POKE BOWL:
  • ½ pounds Tuna
  • ½ cups Cooked White Rice
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • ⅓ whole Avocado
  • 2 whole Green Onions, Sliced
  • 1 whole Carrot, Shaved Into Long Strips Or Julienne
  • 1 whole Radish, Sliced Thin
  • Fresh Ginger, Thinly Sliced, To Taste
  • ½  Cucumber, Sliced Or Chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame Seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Fried Garlic
  • 1 whole Serrano Pepper, Chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha Mayo (optional)

Preparation

Mix sauce ingredients together. Chop tuna into cubes and toss in sauce. Set aside.

Assemble desired amounts of rice, spinach, avocado, green onions, carrots, radish, fresh ginger, and cucumber into bowl. Add tuna on top and garnish with sesame seeds, fried garlic, and Serrano peppers. Finish by drizzling Sriracha mayo if desired.
