Description

This quick and easy, protein-packed fall trail mix recipe only uses 6 ingredients! It’s a healthy gluten-, grain- and dairy-free portable snack!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Raw Pecans (60g)
  • ½ teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Rosemary
  • Sea Salt
  • 6 Tablespoons Dried Pears Or Apricots, Diced (60g)
  • 4 Tablespoons Dried Cranberries, Roughly Chopped (36g)
  • 1 bag (2.7 Oz. Size) KRAVE Pink Peppercorn Beef Jerky, Roughly Chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat.

In a small bowl, toss pecans with olive oil. Sprinkle on rosemary and a pinch of sea salt and toss until evenly coated. Spread evenly on the prepared pan and bake until golden brown and pecans smell toasted, about 10–13 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes.

Once cooled, roughly chop pecans and place into a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss until evenly mixed.

Store in baggies, or an airtight container and devour!
