You might be wondering how I got that beautiful green color without using food coloring. Well, I used spinach! But I promise you, you cannot taste the spinach at all!

My daughter is severely allergic to milk protein so I make this dish all the time. It may be fake but it tastes just like the real thing!

No cheese? No cream or milk? Believe it, because it works. Welcome to the dairy-free (and gluten-free) quiche: a quiche perfect for a large group when dietary restrictions are present!

This pie is so decadent and delicious you would never guess how easy it is. Can you believe it only has 4 ingredients? Coconut, butter, chocolate chips, and coconut milk! This is my kind of dessert!

Are you supposed to melt the semi-sweet chocolate bar before mixing it?
craftedmybones on 1.21.2010
nope, the heat of the mixture will melt it as you stir. i will make an edit so that its clear the chocolate needs to be chopped.

This sounds yummy! I love chocolate and coconut, so the two of them together is a winner for me! I plan to make this for dessert for Sunday supper.

This was excellent! I used dark chocolate instead, and even have let it go a little thicker than regular pudding to make it that much more decadent. Heavenly. Have made it multiple times now. Check out my blog post. http://tenfunkyowls.blogspot.com/2010/02/heavenly-delicious-pudding.html

What would you suggest as an alternative to maple syrup? I live in London and it’s too expensive here. Maybe golden syrup or honey?
