I made this on Monday and absolutely loved it! The combination of lentils, sweet potato, and cabbage was fresh and filling and delicious. I didn’t change a thing and enjoyed leftovers for five more meals

I made this for dinner tonight and my husband declared it a keeper. I did add salt which isn’t listed in the ingredients. Otherwise I followed the recipe and it turned out yummy. We ate it with brown rice.

Had this last night with garlic naan. Yum. It was really great, but I was worried about the heat of it so only used one jalapeno – well next time I would use two. Also might try it with some spinach in next time. Thanks for the recipe!

This was really good. I added chicken (for the husband) and left out cabbage because we aren’t fans. The only thing I didn’t like was the look of it a day later because it looked like mush. It was still delicious!

Amazingly good! I accidentally added 1 lb of lentils instead of 1 cup, and it was still totally delicious. I substituted spinach for the cabbage, and everyone loved the dish!

Made this for dinner tonight with homemade Naan & it was great! I added an extra can of tomatoes. I think I’ll throw in some fresh spinach when I make it again.
