Description

Time to lighten up.

A cool refreshing breakfast parfait that’s sure to please.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces, weight Fat Free Yoplait Vanilla Yogurt
  • ⅓ cups Whole Grain Total Cereal Slightly Crushed
  • ⅓ cups Total Mixed Berries (I Use Strawberries, Blueberries, And Raspberries)

Preparation

In a tall glass, place 1/3 of the yogurt, top with 1/3 of the cereal then 1/3 of the fruit.

Repeat layers twice.
