Description

Just 3 ingredients and 3 minutes to have a pretty and healthy dessert or snack. Choose different jello colors (or make your own) for various holidays, such as red for Valentine’s Day, or red and green for Christmas. Suitable for Atkins, Keto, LCHF, low carb, diabetic, low glycemic, gluten free, grain free, sugar free, nut free, dairy free option.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Walden Farms Marshmallow Dip (See Note)
  • 2 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream (Coconut Cream For Dairy Free)
  • 2  (Snack Pack Size) Sugar Free Jello Cups (Any Color)

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix marshmallow dip and cream until smooth.

Scoop the first snack pack of jello by teaspoons into a parfait cup or serving dish. Top with 1/2 of the marshmallow mixture.

Scoop the second snack pack into the serving dish and top with remaining marshmallow mixture. Garnish with a dollop of sugar free whipped cream if desired.

May be made up ahead and stored covered in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Note: If you don’t have Walden Farms Marshmallow Dip, you may substitute whipped cream. But do not make the parfait until ready to serve if using straight whipped cream. It won’t hold its structure if make ahead.
