Description

A 10-minute high fat Keto/LCHF meal, with only 1 net carb! Serve on lettuce leaves, low carb tortillas, or a bed of lettuce. Suitable for Atkins, Keto, LCHF, low carb, diabetic, low glycemic, gluten free, sugar free, dairy free.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces, weight Roasted Chicken, Chopped
  • ¼  Hass Avocado, Chopped
  • 1 stalk Green Onion, Sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Best Foods/Hellman's Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Spicy Brown Mustard (Or To Taste)
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in small mixing bowl. Serve as desired.

Note: I serve these on Aunt Rocky’s All Purpose Tortillas. See separate recipe on Tasty Kitchen. May be served on lettuce leaves as boats, or over chopped mixed greens as a salad, or just eat with a fork.
