This is so nice and easy and full of flavor! I didn’t add cilantro because of the smaller and tamer mouths I was feeding. But I consider it an accomplishment to feed my boys beans. I have made it several times. Cooked it up and put it in my crock pot for a dinner to eat after a cool Halloween night and it was great. Thanks.

I’ve made this 3 or 4 times and it is really a hit in our house – I make HUGE batches and freeze it. I’ve had every friend who ever tasted it ask for the recipe. It’s a delicious meal – easy to cook – smells great while cooking. Just love it!

Delicious! I made the recipe exactly. It was so yummy!! I’m adding this to my permanent recipe collection. Will be making over and over . . .

This looks scrumptious. Can’t wait to make this for the week end. We are finally getting some soup weather.

I have this recipe and it is awesome! I enjoy using a rotisserie chicken and adding it 15 -20 minutes prior to serving to warm the chicken thoroughly, but not cook it.

I made this last night and it was fantastic! I left out the green peppers since I can’t handle much spice and it was perfect.

This was delicious. I had some left over prok chops I cut up and added. My picky brother said, “you can make this again anytime.”

Made this last night and it was great! I used ground chicken instead of chicken breasts because that was what I had in the freezer but I don’t think it changed the final product. Great recipe!
