This is a thin soup. It’s perfect for any weather and is best with a hard bread. So easy.
Cut up the onion and saute in a few teaspoons of olive oil in a large saucepan. Put in four cloves of garlic, whole. Once the onions are soft, add the beans and chicken broth. Let it cook on a medium boil for twenty minutes. Once done, turn the heat off. If you have a hand blender, blend the soup inside the saucepan. If not, add to a regular blender, but don’t fill the blender because you will end up with a very hot mess. Once blended well, add the cream and stir. Top with salt and pepper to taste.

This sounds delicious. I really like thin soups and I love white beans and I love garlic.
