Before preparing ingredients, bring water to boil. Drop chicken drumsticks, goji berries, dried oysters and dried scallops into the boiling water. Add in ginger and salt.
Meanwhile, prepare your veggies. Add onion, carrot and potato. Let water come to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 40 minutes.
Toss in cabbage and peas and let it come to a boil again and reduce to a simmer for another 15 minutes.
Check seasoning and serve up. Great with rice or even on its own.
Note: If dried oysters and scallops are not available, substitute with 2 tablespoons fish sauce and omit salt.
