Description

Soup is the ultimate comfort on cold winter days. This soup is easy, delicious and vegetarian! If you use the right veggie broth, I’m sure it can easily be made vegan as well. This soup recipe is brought to you by Adventures in Lunch!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
  • 1 cup Veggie Broth (can Also Sub Chicken Broth If You Are Not Vegan Or Vegetarian)
  • ⅛ teaspoons Garlic
  • ½ teaspoons Chili Powder
  • ⅛ teaspoons Cumin
  • 2 dashes Hot Sauce
  • 1 dash Salt And Pepper, Or To Taste

Preparation

Put everything together into a medium or small sized sauce pan. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. If the soup starts to boil too much, reduce heat for the remainder of the cook-time.

Enjoy! I eat mine with tortilla chips.
