Description

This is my go-to soup when I bring a dish to a sick friend or family member. It is well loved.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1-½ cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 64 ounces, fluid Tuscan Chicken Broth
  • 14 ounces, fluid Vegetable Broth
  • 2-½ cups Uncooked Egg Noodles
  • ½ pounds Chopped Cooked Chicken
  • Oregano, Basil, Salt And Pepper To Taste

Preparation

In a Dutch oven, sauté the onion, carrot and celery in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes.

I serve this with a yummy crusty bread. So good!
