Description

A yummy & healthy turkey chili! The perfect way to warm up!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 whole Large Onion, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1-¾ cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Chunky Salsa Of Your Choice
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
  • 1 can (15 oz. size) Whole Kernel Corn, Drained

Preparation

Place first 7 ingredients in a 5-quart pot and cook until turkey is well-browned. Add remaining ingredients. Heat to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes. You can continue simmering as long as you want, it just thickens more, the longer you cook it.
