Ingredients
- 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cooked And Shredded
- 15 ounces, weight Can Black-eyed Peas, Drained And Rinsed
- 15 ounces, weight Can Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 15 ounces, weight Can Petite Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
- 15 ounces, weight Can Shoepeg Corn, Drained
- 4 ounces, weight Can Chopped Green Chilies, Undrained
- 1 envelope Dry Ranch Dressing Powder, 1 Ounce Packet
- 1-½ cup Chicken Broth
Preparation Instructions
Combine everything in a large stock pot. Bring to a boil, cover the pot and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 45 minutes.
Serve with cheese, Fritos, sour cream, jalapenos and hot sauce!
