Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Chicken Chili

Description
Hearty, flavorful and super simple—definitely a winter staple!
Ingredients
- 3 whole Chicken Breast (frozen Is Fine)
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Corn, Do Not Drain
- 2 cans (10 Oz. Size) Rotel, Do Not Drain
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Seasoned Black Beans, Drained
- 2 teaspoons Cumin
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 2 packages (1 Oz. Size) Ranch Dressing Mix
- 2 packages (8 Oz. Size) Cream Cheese
Preparation
Place chicken in the bottom of pot. Add corn, Rotel, and black beans. Top with seasonings and ranch mix. Stir together. Place cream cheese on top.
Cover with lid and cook on low for 6–8 hours. Stir cream cheese into chili. Use 2 forks to shred chicken. Stir together and serve with tortilla chips.
