Potato corn chowder made with pumpkin puree and smoked sausage.
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted add the onion and saute until soft. Add the pumpkin, chicken broth, milk, and pepper. Slowly heat until it starts to boil. Turn down the heat to low. Add the corn, potato, noodles and sausage and cook for at least 30 minutes or until heated through.
