Description

Healthy, quick and easy dinner packed with flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Spinach (a Handful), Rinsed, Stems Trimmed And Chopped
  • 2 cups Beef Broth (or Vegetable)
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes With Juice
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Canellini Beans, Drained And Rinsed
  • 6 ounces, fluid Tofu Medium In Water, Drained
  • ¼ teaspoons Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ⅛ teaspoons Red Chili Pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to boil over medium high heat. Bring the heat down to low, cover with lid and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve!
