I got this recipe from my siste-in-law. It is easy, fast, and it’s a great way to disguise veggies! I am including the full-size recipe, but it is really easy to cut in half for a smaller family.
In a LARGE stockpot, brown the ground beef. Add the onion while it is browning to add flavor.
Drain the grease.
Add the Veg-All, tomato soup, salsa, kidney beans, taco seasoning, and chili powder. Stir well and let simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve in bowls, topped with a dollop of sour cream, a handful of cheese, and some crumbled tortilla chips.
