Description

I got this recipe from my siste-in-law. It is easy, fast, and it’s a great way to disguise veggies! I am including the full-size recipe, but it is really easy to cut in half for a smaller family.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Ground Beef Or Ground Turkey
  • 1 whole Onion, Diced
  • 2 cans Veg-All, Undrained (found In The Canned Vegetable Aisle)
  • 1 can Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 2 cups Salsa (you Choose How Spicy You Want It)
  • 2 cans Kidney Beans, Rinsed And Drained
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips

Preparation

In a LARGE stockpot, brown the ground beef. Add the onion while it is browning to add flavor.

Drain the grease.

Add the Veg-All, tomato soup, salsa, kidney beans, taco seasoning, and chili powder. Stir well and let simmer for 15 minutes.

Serve in bowls, topped with a dollop of sour cream, a handful of cheese, and some crumbled tortilla chips.
