This soup was really good! I used a rotisserie chicken and a long grain/wild rice mixture, since that is all I had. It was easy to make, and it came out delicious and thick!

So many people have raved about this recipe that I don’t have much to add besides YUM!!! I am eating the leftovers as I type. I substituted brown rice for wild (as that was all I had), and while it is not as pretty it is just as delicious.
