A hearty stew, perfect for those long and cold winter nights. It’s a snap to put together in the crock pot and have it stew all day.
Place all ingredients in a 5-quart slow cooker. Stir. Cover. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
You can add even more vegetables if you desire. Potatoes are great in this, too.
Remove bay leaves before serving.
