Description
Super quick, easy, and inexpensive veggie soup.
This was a basic staple for my husband, long before we were married. In fact, it was one of the first meals he ever cooked for me, and it became a regular dinner when the cash was tight.
Ingredients
- 1 bottle (large) V8, Veggie Juice Blend, Or Tomato Juice (Whatever Is On Sale)
- 1 bag Mixed Frozen Veggies
- 3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- ½ pounds Any Cooked Meat You Have On Hand (optional.)
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
Preparation
Dump everything into a soup pot. Simmer on medium high, stirring occasionally, until veggies are warmed though but still al dente.
