Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once skillet is hot, spray with cooking spray. Add onions and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Add bell peppers and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Add zucchini and beans and cook for about 5 more minutes. Stir in red pepper flakes, taco seasoning and garlic salt. Adjust with more garlic salt and pepper to taste.
