Description
It’s is definitely a thrown-together, what-have-I-got-lying-around kind of surprise dish. It’s really light, with surprising flavors and textures!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Couscous (whole Wheat Is Great)
- 1 cup Chicken Or Veg Broth
- 1 Tablespoon Margarine, Butter Or Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- ⅓ cups Walnuts, Toasted
- ½ cups Grapes, Sliced In Half
- Squeeze Of Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Bring the broth and margarine to a boil. Add couscous. Turn off heat and steam for 5 minutes. Fluff couscous with a fork and add honey, walnuts, grapes, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Stir and enjoy!
