Preheat oven to 425ºF. Spray 2 oven safe 10-ounce ramekins or oven safe bowls with cooking spray.
Evenly divide the zucchini between each bowl, sprinkle with salt and 1/2 of the basil.
Add tomatoes on top and sprinkle with remaining basil. Top with cheese.
Place in oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
