Description

For those folks that love bacon, cheese, ranch and fries!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Frozen Fries
  • 1 bottle (16 Oz. Size) Ranch Dressing
  • 4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cups Bacon Bits

Preparation

This is a hit at my house! My wife loves the cheese fries at Outback and T-Bonz. Now we can stay home and eat restaurant-style cheese fries and it saves us money!

Follow the cooking directions on the fries, or preheat oven to 400ºF. Place the fries in a single layer in two baking pans. Cook for 15 minutes.

Remove and cover the fries of one baking tray with half of the ranch dressing. Next, add about half of the cheese, then sprinkle half of the bacon bits on top.

Now, take the fries from the other baking pan and place them on top of the first one. Repeat with the rest of the ranch, cheese and bacon bits.

Place back in the oven and cook an additional 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly. Remove and let cool, then serve!

This is so decadent and so good! My kids and hubby loved this, although we all agreed it would be an every now and then treat.
