I’m pretty much completely in love with rice, but I always have to add things to other recipes I try in order to give it as much flavor as I like! So, here’s my light, easy version. Delicious with grilled chicken for a healthy dinner!

I’ve never tried stuffed zucchini, but your recipe is inspiring me! This sounds wonderful and since I love one dish meals on many weeknights, this would be perfect!
