Description
A delicious mixture of squash and dressing. It’s the first thing gone at pot lucks.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Yellow Squash
- 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Or Cream Of Celery Soup
- 12 ounces, weight Cubed Stuffing Mix
- Garlic Salt And Pepper, To Taste
Preparation
Cube squash and put it into a stock pot. Cover with water and boil just until tender (about 6-7 minutes). Drain off the water and mix in remaining ingredients. Spread it into a 9×13 casserole dish. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes.
