Description

Hot Potato, Hot Potato! These amped-up steak-style baked French fries are crunchy, spicy and irresistable!

Ingredients

  • 8 whole Large Potatoes, Washed And Scrubbed
  • 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
  • 5 Tablespoons Bread Crumbs (Gluten Free Or Regular)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoons Cumin
  • ¼ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper (less Or More To Taste)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 degrees (F).

Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Combine the bread crumbs and all seasonings together in small bowl, then set aside.

Cut potatoes in half, then into wedges, leaving some skin on each wedge.

Place potatoes in a large bowl, drizzle with oil and toss to evenly coat.

Sprinkle 1/2 of the bread crumb mixture over potatoes and toss.

Sprinkle remaning bread crumb mixture over potatoes and toss again until evenly coated.

Place potato wedges on parchment lined baking sheet, trying not to overlap the pieces.

Sprinkle any remaining crumbs that are left in bowl over the potatoes.

Bake for 40-50 minutes, until tender and golden brown.

Serve hot with ketchup for dipping!
