In a medium saucepan, heat oil and sauté onions and bell pepper until soft. Add rice and cook for another 5 minutes. Allow rice mixture to cool.
Once rice mixture has cooled, add Rotel, tomato and chicken bouillon, and adobo seasoning. Give mixture a quick stir and add to rice cooker. Add liquid and cook rice according to rice cooker instructions.
