Heat a skillet over medium heat and once it’s hot add the bacon. Fry the bacon until about 75% as crisp as you want it to be. If there is an excessive amount of fat, drain some until no more than 2 tablespoons remain in the skillet.
Add the frozen corn and sauté, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Serve
NOTE: The amounts aren’t important. Cook the amount of corn you usually would for your family, along with however much bacon you want to eat. Then, just season to taste!
