Description

A simple way to make summer corn decadent and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 6 ears Corn, Husks Removed And Kernels Cut Off With A Sharp Knife
  • 3 strips Thick Cut Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
  • ¼ teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Chipotle Chile
  • ½ cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 bunch Chopped Scallion Greens

Preparation

Melt butter in a saute pan over medium-high heat. Add corn and saute for 5 minutes. Add bacon and seasonings and saute for 5 minutes. Add cream and scallions and sauté for 5 minutes. Serve.
