Simple Skillet Asparagus

Description
Doesn’t get much easier than this: 2 ingredients (salt and pepper don’t count!), 15 minutes and done!
Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 bunch Asparagus
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Heat olive oil over medium heat in a cast iron skillet. Snap the ends off of your asparagus stalks and cut the remainder in half. Pour into the skillet, toss with oil and add salt and pepper. Sauté 10-15 minutes until crisp tender.
