Sassy Sweet Potatoes

Description
Sweet and Delicious!
Ingredients
- 3 whole Large Sweet Potatoes, Microwaved Or Roasted In Oven Until Soft. Peel And Cube.
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- ½ cups Caramel Sauce (I Use Smuckers)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400F.
Spray a 9×13 baking dish with Pam.
Place cubed sweet potatoes and butter in dish.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes, or until hot.
Drizzle with caramel sauce and bake for another 5 minutes.
Stir to break up some of the potatoes, and then EAT IT!!!
