Description

Roasted Garlic Brussels Sprouts tossed with lemon juice, Parmesan cheese and garlic. An easy side dish that can be made in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brussels Sprouts, Sliced In Half Lengthwise
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • ½ Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ⅛ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 F. Layer Brussels sprouts on a large rimmed baking sheet with the garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Use your hands and toss to combine. Place in the oven and cook until caramelized and tender, about 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with lemon juice, Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Toss to combine. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
