Description
Ahhh the almighty potato!
Ingredients
- 3 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes, Peeled And Cubed
- 1 Tablespoon Good Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Brown Mustard
- ½ teaspoons Kosher Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss together. Place in a 13″x9″ baking dish or a parchment-lined baking sheet for a crisper potato. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes and serve hot.
