Description

Who knew cauliflower could be so good.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Head Cauliflower
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice To Taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Clean and chop the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic.

In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, garlic, kosher salt, and fresh ground pepper. Add just enough olive oil to lightly coat the cauliflower (about 1 tablespoon) and toss.

Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for around 40 minutes or until browned, turning once.

When serving, add lemon juice to taste. Enjoy!

This needs to be cooked at a lower temperature. Too much salt and too much garlic!

Roasted cauliflower is just divine. My mom and I both end up with burned tongues whenever we make this, because we can’t wait to eat it when it comes out of the oven!
