I gave this a 5-mitt rating because both my boyfriend and I liked these, which is really saying a lot. We both have always hated brussel sprouts, but I figured I would give this recipe a try. I never knew you could roast them! This is a fantastic fall side dish, and I will be making it again!

This was a huge hit with two people who usually hate brussel sprouts. I loved them as well! Thanks so much for getting my husband to eat more veggies.

Made this with frozen brussel sprouts and it was still very good. Definitely a keeper.

I wanted to try this due to all the hype…wow…it was fantastic! I like brussel sprouts, but these were way better than how I used to eat them! My picky son even ate them.
Try them!

The lemon flavor ruined it for me. I’m definitely going to try roasting them again but skipping any of the lemon.

Always have loved Brussel sprouts. Any way shape or form. But these have taken the cake! I went a little heavy on the lemon juice and spent some time puckering, but that’s my fault! Next time I think I’ll be mashing some garlic and roasting them in the olive oil and mashed garlic. That’s all I might change next time!

Excellent. The lemon is so good on these. My future father-in-law gobbled these all up on Thanksgiving, and I’m definitely making them again at Christmas. Thanks for the great recipe!

This looks great. I have thrown brussels sprouts in with my roasted root veggies (my husband took one bite and said, in astonishment, “you made brussels sprouts taste good!) but I’ve never cooked them on their own. If you think you don’t like sprouts, try roasting them and you may be surprised!

I have turned so many people onto brussels sprouts simply by roasting them covered in olive oil, salt and pepper. I honestly never thought to try lemon and parmesan cheese with them, but it’s now on my to-try list! Thanks!

My husband loves brussel sprouts, I don’t. This sounds yummy, have to try this recipe. Might just change my taste buds!

Gram always made Brussel Sprouts for Thanksgiving..we all miss seeing them on the table. (None of us actually would eat them) Now I think I may be able to convert some people & bring back Gram’s traditional vegetable! Thanks!!!

OK, you’ve got me curious. Will have to give brussels a chance now!

I’ve made this many times in the past, and it is the ONLY way I like brussel sprouts. I have used frozen brussel sprouts, which saves a lot of work- and I season before roasting. I roast mine about 35 minutes, because I like them to blacken/ carmelize a bit on the outside, which makes them like butter inside.

the only way to cook brussel sprouts in my opinion! they end up tasting as good as french fries! even better with a little bacon mixed in, but then again, what isn’t? : )

My wife and I thought this came out great. She was puzzled at the appearance, then astonished by the taste.
