Description

You’ll never go back to steamed broccoli! The flavors really develop after roasting. Easily double the recipe for a bigger crowd.

Ingredients

  • ½ pounds Broccoli Spears
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil (or Any Other Oil Will Also Work)
  • Kosher Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Grated
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Toss broccoli in a tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Roast in a pan for 15 minutes. Remove pan from the oven.

Drizzle another tablespoon of olive oil over the broccoli.

Sprinkle the grated garlic over the broccoli. Roast about 5 minutes longer.

Toss broccoli in lemon juice.

This is the only way I’ll eat broccoli! My whole family loves it. I’d never tried the lemon juice or garlic with it before and we all found it delicious, thanks!
