Pumpkin Shaped Potato Fries

Description
A great recipe that is kid-friendly! Perfect for Halloween.
Ingredients
- 4 whole Idaho Potatoes
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Garlic Salt, Pepper, To Taste
- ½ Tablespoons Paprika (for Color)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees (F).
Wash and peel all potatoes. Cut two angled notches at the top of each potato to create the look of the top ‘handle’ of a pumpkin. Slice potatoes into 1/4-1/2 inch slices. Place each slice on a baking sheet. Coat in olive oil and spices. Bake 15 minutes and flip. Bake another 15 minutes or until cooked to your preference.
