Description

Cheesy potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Baking Potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 Tablespoons Garlic, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Or More As Needed, For Topping

Preparation

First turn your oven to 400 degrees. Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut into cubes and set aside. In a big mixing bowl, mix together the flour, milk, cream, garlic, salt and pepper. Add any other spices that you like and mix well. Now in a casserole dish, layer it as follows:

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and spread a good helping of cheddar cheese over the top and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
