Recipe Description
A yummy variation on the baked potato!
Preparation Instructions
Heat oven to 350 Degrees. Line and grease a baking sheet.
Slice up your potatoes thinly, potato chip style. Lay flat on the baking sheet, using all available room. Put a small pat of butter on each potato and liberally season all the potatoes.
Bake for about half an hour or until the potatoes are nice and crispy. (I usually throw in some onions to roast as well, cuz I love love love roasted onions!)
Serve immediately.
Enjoy!

- 6 whole Idaho Potatoes
- Butter, To Taste
- Old Bay Seasoning (or Your Favorite Seasoning) To Taste

These are wonderful! How easy, and they came out perfectly crispy without a huge mess. Thank you a ton for sharing, I’ve been searching for the perfect oven potato chip recipe for months now and I’ve finally found it!

Glad you enjoyed them!! I come from an Irish Catholic family, so my mom would up being very creative with potatoes. These were my favorite growing up!!!
