Creamy and flavorful with just a hint of garlic and dill.

This gnocchi au fromage (with cheese) uses store bought potato gnocchi. I cover them in a homemade cheese sauce, and then broil in the oven. The result is puffy dumplings coated in sinfully delicious cheese sauce.

They look impressive, but really they couldn’t be easier to make!

If you live in the Carolinas you are pretty much required to love sweet potatoes. And generally they’re pretty healthy but to make them really tasty, traditional cooking adds lots of sugar and butter. I wanted to keep the yum factor but reduce the unhealthy factor. Try this version below using a few substitutions, including pureed peaches.

These are my husband’s hashbrowns that we look forward to on our weekends off. Grate your own potatoes and season them to your liking.

These are wonderful! How easy, and they came out perfectly crispy without a huge mess. Thank you a ton for sharing, I’ve been searching for the perfect oven potato chip recipe for months now and I’ve finally found it!
