Description

This pasta salad is a great to pack for lunch—with cheese, pepperoni and olives and a blended dressing of spaghetti sauce and mayonnaise, it mimics the flavor of a pizza that just about any kid will love. And us adults at my house enjoy it too. Skip the olives if your child doesn’t like them or substitute some jarred or canned mushrooms!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pasta Shapes
  • 2 cups Spaghetti Sauce
  • ½ cups Mayonnaise
  • 6 ounces, weight Mozzarella Cheese, Cubed Small
  • ½ cups Whole, Pitted Black Olives, Quartered
  • 45 pieces Pepperoni, Quartered
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Salt

Preparation

Cook and drain the pasta according to the package directions. Let the pasta cool.

Mix together the spaghetti sauce and mayonnaise. Stir in the pasta. Toss the remaining ingredients in and mix well.
