Description

I was trying to find a way to eat all the frozen corn we had without it being soggy. What I ended up with is an easy, cheesy way to eat corn.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Corn (I Used Frozen)
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt And Pepper
  • ⅓ cups Grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

In your favorite frying pan, fry corn in the butter. Add your salt and pepper. When the corn starts to show signs of browning, add the parmesan cheese and fry until just melted. Enjoy!
