Pan Roasted Jalapeños and Brussels Sprouts

Description
A quick and easy method of pan roasting veggies, getting them from prep to table in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1-½ Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 10 whole Brussels Sprouts, Tough End Removed Then Halved
- 1 whole Jalapeño, Stem And Seeds Removed, Then Sliced
- 1 clove Garlic, Thinly Sliced
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Heat a small saucepan with olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add Brussels sprouts and jalapeño, stirring every 2-3 minutes. After about 9 minutes of cooking and stirring have passed, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
