Description

Delicious baked “fries” finished off with fresh chives. Their crispy crust makes them irresistible!

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Large Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Dray Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chives, Chopped

Preparation

This recipe can be easily doubled—just add more potatoes and seasonings.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Chop potatoes into bite sized pieces and place onto the cookie sheet. Spray the potatoes with more cooking spray. Top with salt, pepper, and ranch mix. Stir to evenly coat in seasonings and bake for 35 minutes, stirring once during cooking time.

Remove from oven and let the potatoes cool slightly, then toss in fresh chives. So yummy!
