Description

Loaded cheese fries with tomatoes, pepper, onions and of course … bacon. Need I say more?

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces, weight Package Frozen French Fries
  • ¼ teaspoons Chili Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt And Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons Paprika
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 whole Tomato, Diced
  • 1 whole Green Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Then Diced
  • 2 pieces Bacon, Cooked And Chopped
  • ½ whole Green Onion, Cut Up For Garnish

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F.

In a bowl, combine french fries, chili powder, garlic powder, salt/pepper, paprika, and olive oil. Toss it up to ensure sure each fry is covered. Spread them in an even layer onto a rimmed cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or according to your package.

Transfer the french fries to a oven-safe dish and top with mozzarella cheese, tomato, green pepper, bacon pieces, and green onions. Place back in oven for an additional 3-4 minutes or place under the broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly.
