Description

Turn average potatoes into tasty sides or snacks with this simple & frugal recipe!!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Medium Russet Potatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Sea Salt
  • ⅛ teaspoons Onion Powder
  • ⅛ teaspoons Paprika
  • ⅛ teaspoons Ground Pepper

Preparation

* Scrub potatoes {don’t peel}.

* Cut lengthwise into wedges, set aside.

* Combine all other ingredients and stir together in small bowl.

* Brush mixture onto potato wedges.

* Place potato wedges skin side down in shallow baking pan.

* Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.

* Serve as a snack, or a tasty side for dinner.

* Enjoy!!

I love this recipe. I stir the potatoes and extra virgin olive oil together, put them in the pan and then sprinkle the seasoning on. The seasoning seems to stick better that way. I have done these with and without the skin, clean up is easier with the skin, they do not stick but my hubby does not eat potato skins so I usually peel the potatoes and keep them turned to prevent sticking and even then they still stick a little. Great recipe!!
