Holiday Mashed Potatoes

Description
Mashed potatoes with added yumminess.
Ingredients
- 5-½ cups Mashed Potatoes, Real Or Instant
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 2 dashes Garlic Powder Or Garlic Salt
- ½ cups Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Mix everything with a mixer. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F.
You can freeze this. When ready to use, reheat for 1 hour.

I’ve made this recipe every year for Christmas. The only thing that I do is add some crumbled bacon and cheddar on top too. All my family can say is yum yum yum!
